You'll receive daily prompts explaining how to meditate plus mindfulness checks at the end of each day. By logging your experiences you give energy back to yourself and create a sacred space within as well as strengthen your 3rd chakra (Solar Plexus Energy Center). You'll receive: -Badge and Certificate once all steps are completed -Q&A support in group -Instructions on how to do energy meditation and body scanning -Energy meditation videos shared in the group
