When we aren't mindful of our thought we may attract that which we don't want! Because thoughts cause almost always an emotional reaction and what you feel you vibrate and what you vibrate you attract.
Many people worry and aren't aware that it is stealing their joy but what they don't know is that there is a mental way out. When we think about something or someone and take a moment to feel the reaction within and around us we may realize that there is a constant flow of energy and information available for the solution. But if we keep our focus on the problem then finding the solution becomes difficult yet not impossible. When you're feeling any kind of negative emotion like anger, fear, shame, and guilt, you need to obverse it and accept it fully first. The next step is to identify that this is your guidance system giving you signals about something and you are well capable of identifying what it's telling you! Anyone can if they take a moment to reflect. So first reflect and observe yourself closely if you can. Then focus on solutions, deliberately shift your thinking in the direction of solutions after accepting that there is a challenge. This may not be possible if you're not in control of your emotions. So what then can you do in a situation of discomfort and strong emotions? If you fail to see your emotions as a tool then be better prepared next time! The most simple way is to recite some general positive mantras that make you feel better like:
When we most desire a solution, it sends out a signal to line up with us if we allow it and keep the faith! If it doesn't feel good mentally, then don't go there!
- I know there is a solution to this problem.
- I don't have to figure it all out at once.
- I can do what I set my mind to.
- I cannot control what others do or say.
- I can do this.
- I've had bigger challenges.
- I trust that I will find a solution.
- This situation is only temporary.
- I have faith that I will accomplish this. Help is on the way!
- I can take one step after another. I don't need to figure it all out at once.
There are many positive thoughts we can entertain. Just holding the thought for 30 seconds can rewire the brain and allow energy to flow where it's needed most. We are the only ones ever keeping ourselves on a desperate level by giving in to thoughts full of guilt, blame, and fear. Becoming responsible for our life means taking full responsibility for the areas of our energy (thoughts, words, actions) flows. Blaming someone else cannot bring us the solution most desired unless we force it. Power means accepting the issue and finding a resistance-free way out.
