Enjoy your meditation in the comfort of your home or desired location. Everyone can meditate and my meditation toolbox is big enough to find a helpful technique! About Meditation: Our focus goes outward all day; many exchanges happen through interactions, thoughts, actions, reactions, and words. We aren't always aware of everything and everyone. Many lack self-observation and aren't always clear about their actions and words others are stressed or lack rest. Mindfulness is needed when we are stressed. Usually, the issue is conflicting beliefs and values that are out of alignment. So, when we see our thoughts and words as affirmations or prayers, we realize our mind's power and focus! Join me today and be sure to record your progress in a 'Meditation Journal' and make mindfulness and meditation a daily practice. Keep in mind this session may take longer than 30 minutes so make sure you block out enough time.
